Pro Angler 12 steering repair
My PA 12 is less than 3 months old and treated gently. Last week the rudder stopped working. In the rudder adjustment hatch I can see a larger black line and a smaller blond line. On one side the blond line is loose and feels like it would just pull out. I didn't pull much because I don't see how to get this stuff back together. The download manual does not describe how to repair the steering lines. I need to find a description of this process so I can get back on the water. Pat at Eureka

I found that one control line loop had fallen off the rivet post. The fix was easy - I put the loop back on the rivet post. I don't know why the line fell off, but I think the lines had become loose in the first weeks of use. the resource pages at Hobie PA 12 have an excellent diagram of the steering lines.

Here's the diagram for anyone that can't find it. Good to hear you were able to sort it out.
