I put in a good workout paddling upstream over and over, but it was well worth it! This vid was shot a couple of weeks ago... walleye, white bass and smallies make up the catch.

Great vid, as always. Your perspectives (shot from outside kayak, head cam, trunk cam, etc) make for very interesting videos. No doubt, you are an artiste' but WRT the fishing... I see you got the eyes on leadhead jigs, but what was that you had a few feet above the jig? Were you using the same rod setup for both drop shotting and jigging?

Thanks Jim,

I had an idea about this rig for jigging, researched it a bit and found that it is legal. I am jigging a lead-head and an inline drop-shot hook as well up 16 inches or so. It works. Caught a few white bass this way and I'm sure it would produce a walleye here and there......just not this time. I tried it in the shallows with a tube and I didn't like it as much while bass fishing.

Thanks for the comment Jim :)
