When sailing your H16, what are the items you always have, extras or spares -- because something is always breaking in the boating world.

Any other items you can't live without when you sail?

We've been sailing our H16 for over 30 years, so we have an ample supply of shackles, pins, rudder pins, teflon mast chips, etc. I think that the longer you sail-the more you accumulate. We replace our shrouds about every 5 years, so when we travel with our boat on vacation we take along an old set of shrouds and anchor bolts - just in case.....You seldon have a Hobie Dealer nearby when you're on vacation.
You should pay as much attention to your trailer as you do your boat. Grease your bearings, etc.
Be safe and have fun!

You may also want to check the sailing rules and regulations in your state. They should be able to provide you with a list of safety equipment and other items, sometimes required by law.
