I just got my Tandem Island and I keep it on a flat, wooden boat dock outdoors. The hull is supported by two large Styrofoam rolls positioned appropriately to support the hull so that it doesn't flex and that seems fine. My concern is the amas, they almost touch the deck but aren't supported. Should I un-bungee them each time so that they lay on the deck as well? Right now, I just secure the rudder, throw on the cover and that's it.

Thanks!

I always undo the bungees, as I suspect they will gradually stretch if left permanently under tension.

Thanks, I'll start doing that too.
