I recently purchased a new to me 2012 pro angler 14 and I'm in love. I thought this would be a great venue to show off your rigging skills. I'm not exactly sure where to put all my goodies and would love to see what you angler veterans have chosen to do. Thanks!

Welcome to the Pro Angler family! :D

If you search the forums, there are a lot of threads with rigging pictures. This forum is a great place to pick up ideas that might suit your particular fishing needs.

Here's the link to my 2013 mods: viewtopic.php?f=78&t=48615

While you have the 2012 model, you can always get some inspiration from what others have rigged and determine if it can be applied to your particular Pro Angler. I would suggest fishing in it a few times to get a feel of where you want certain items to be (i.e. fishfinder, rod holders, etc.) before drilling mounting holes.

You will love fishing from the PA!

Thanks, I have fished from it twice and it makes a world of difference from my tarpon 120. I already have mounted my lowrance 4x dsi and ordered a 12" gear trac from hook 1. I have my parknpole and trying to find options for mounting the clips that I just ordered as well. I'm looking forward to gleaning the knowledge from this forum.

Welcome to the family!

I got my PA14 last month and I love it! I had a Ride135 but there is no comparison. I will post some pictures soon

Wow, lt great job. I love it!! I can't get over how much storage this boat has and with that addition it is unreal. Maybe that would give me an excuse for more gear. Thanks for your imput, keep them coming.

As soon as my SeaDek comes in, I'll post pictures of my current setup with the SeaDek installed...lol. I still have a livewell/baitwell with one of those manual hand pumps on the "to do" list for the rear cargo area. I really like the YakAttack box. FireDog's setup is very nice. :D

Definitely willing, but I've already done it here.

What did you use to mount your BlackPak?

Apologies for the slow reply!

Found these on Amazon, shipping is a bit steep for one, but not bad for the four that are needed for the install- Southco Inc Flexible T-Handle Draw Latch .

NP Lt.Firedog. I was able to find them on the good ole web after a little searching. I really like that mod!! What did you do to reinforce that latch on your BlackPak to keep your gear from spilling?

I kept the stock bungee cords in place and added a red pull tab that I found at Home Depot (comes as part of a carabiner key chain- $1)....no problems so far.
