It is the Hobie thru scooper holes cart with the locking mechanism on top if one of the tubes. This makes it super easy to put in the cart and lock it in place to the PA while off loading it from the truck.

It's a little more difficult to get a Prangler 14 on/off a Dodge Durango, but I manage it well enough. Of course, I'm only 66½ years old.

The rollers are "Yakima Hully Rollers"......new cost around $90.00 - $100.00.
