Here is my PA 14 after adding a few toys and mods. Thanks to all who contribute to this board. The information gathered here certainly helped the new guy.

Looks like you have been having a big time getting her all rigged and ready to role. Looks really good. Congrats

Have you trialed it yet?

Are you fishing primarily freshwater, salt, or both? Where will you put the fish? Do you carry a cooler?

Thanks for the compliments. I purchased in April 2013 and began fishing Lake LBJ during the summer. LBJ is a fresh water lake on the Colorado river near Austin, TX. I typically don't keep too many fish, but use a stringer over the side when I do. As far as coastal fishing, I am planning to hit the Flats and Marshes along the Texas coast. I still have a lot to learn when it comes to salt. But am slowly picking up tips here and the TKF board. Hopefully it will get salted soon.

I fish both salt and fresh and I bring home the keepers. I have tried putting fish in the front trunk of the PA, hanging a stringer over the side, and carrying a cooler. The trunk eats the ice in short order since it isn't insulated. Here in the area of Mobile bay, alligators have been known to grab a stringer and I don't care to fight a gator for my fish. So the only good solution I have landed on is using an Igloo marine cooler and I use the front trunk for gear. I often fish with live shrimp so the rear deck is for the cooler and the bait cooler/aerator.
