Is there any Hobie Cat enthusiast that lived on the Miami Beach area many years ago that remembers a Hobie Cat ramp to the beach and ocean about 87th Street on Miami Beach. If I get a confirmation we could encourage from a next door developer to provide one for non-motorized vessels.

Imagine a ramp into the ocean in Miami Beach. Please ask around. I remembered it (30 +/- years) and need corroboration to go ahead and we will get it if we establish that it was there then.

Thanks

I hope someone posts a response to this because I would love to see the details on a working, well-designed "cat ramp". I've seen enough concrete ramps for hot bass boats with dock on one side and rip rap on the other side.
