Hey guys,
I'm new to this sort of thing and need some help. I have been tasked with helping someone repair some damage to his hobie cat's hulls. The damage doesn't seem so bad. From what I've read on the forums, I believe all I need to do is sand and spray gelcoat. What do you guys think? Is there something easier that I could do?

Check out some pictures of the damage in this album: http://imgur.com/a/b8r61

Edit: I'm thinking that I can what is shown in this video and be ok: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qwrjmyBR7c8.

1) Prepare the surface by sanding (80 - 250 grit)
2) Brush on Polyester Fiber Glass Resin
3) Sand resin (250 grit)
4) Brush on two coats of gel coat
5) Sand with DA (250 grit) then hand sand (400 - 600 grit)

What do you guys think?
