Cabo San Lucas Kayak fishing or surf fishing

Is anyone familiar with the Cabo San Lucas area? I'm going dish for the first week in January and I would like to rent or go out kayak fishing. Is there a place down there that rents rods and reels or loans them out? I'm also looking at doing a charter so any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated.

My wife and I went for our honeymoon 6 years ago and stayed in San Jose Del Cabo (a 20 min drive from Cabo San Lucas); amazing place. I can't recommend any kayak fishing because I wasn't into it then, but as far as charters I HIGHLY recommend a Panga trip. Its exhilarating having a guide that doesn't speak english but is an amazing fisherman and guide, we learned key words quickly . We booked it through the place we stayed and there are probably dozens of companies that do it, but quite the rush and at a bargain price. We caught 4 gorgeous Mahi on a 1/2 day trip only 2-4 miles from the beach and paid maybe $275 for the trip. Good luck and enjoy!

Im not to sure about kayak fishing either but I know a great charter company I would reccomend is catchfishcabo check their site out catchfishcabo.com great captains and very knowledgeable guides speak good english
