Just watched the video a second time in more detail. Is obviously staged. I knew the wind was light from no white caps and the 100s of hobies in the background with sails up pointed (what seems to be) downwind on land. Looking closely, the guy purposely capsized the boat by standing on the leeward side and pulling on the leeward shroud. He doesn't even try to swim around the boat in order to right it himself!

Still a cool concept to right the boat that way, but man... now I feel embarrassed posting it.
