Youth Kayaks on Akas

The kayaks look pretty small, so they could probably mount under the akas rather than on top.

I've carried a SUP with a 1rst gen AI. On top of the aka, it felt unstable, while under it adds to the stability of the boat. (Potentially, it could add stress to the mast since it won't heel as much with the buoyancy of the kayak under the aka, so it'd be best to furl earlier than you would without the kayaks.)

We have one of those kayaks. They are fantastic for getting kids into kayaking. Super stable for a kid, they can easily climb in and out. We've definitely used it with our TI but never like you are suggesting.

I a little over a week, I'll be in a situation I can put it on the tramps with a kid in it and take a picture for your reference if this is still something you are considering.
