Have just returned from a great offshore trip around The Lizard and Lands End. TI was great and I camped onboard under an awning.

Now have noticed that the mast bearings are still there, but most are in the mast well....

Suspect I will have to replace the bearings and the top and bottom keeper plates. I would like to carry a spare set of bearings.

Looks like they are Delryn, and the size is either 10mm, or, 3/8". Can anyone please confirm this?

Many Thanks

While you have it apart to replace the bearings, it might be opportune to sand the mating plate faces with a rigid surface to eliminate any high-spots, thus reducing the possibility for future escape of delrin bslls
