Installing a universal mount mama bob mast float on 18 comp

I am having trouble installing a universal mount mama bob mastfloat on an 18 with a composit tip.

The included instructions say to use a long rivet with a seal cap through the hole in the mounting shift. The seal cap doesn't fit through this hole. How do I attach it?

Also wondering about the top deck eye. Instructions say it mounts above the seal and doesn't need seal caps but that seems to be true for the 18 aluminum mast and not the composition tip. Do I need to gat an additional two seal caps to use with the top deck eye.

Answered the PM.

The upper rivets do not need seals.

The center rivet holds the shaft vertically.

Instructions are for the CompTip masts.
