Is that why there have been all the different kinds of rudders? Do the larger rudders handle the loads better?

So in sailing terms it sounds like it might be close to a laser or sunfish? That is actually more than I expected but not a huge surprise.

What kind of cats are you sailing around? Because they vary pretty widely from one type to another.

So who will be the first to show up to a regatta with the AI and want to race against other cats? As discussed before you wouldn't be allowed to use the drive in races but it would be interesting to see how the AI did around the bouys. In it's current setup I can see it losing the most ground on the downwind run, has anyone added any downwind sail to the AI yet?

Sorry for all the questions I just want to know how the AI stacks up.

Our real problem isn't the dagger board it is the rudder which is easily overpowered and tends to let the nose go to far into the wind.

that pretty much is fixed with the new rudders, but i'm trying to rig a system so i can have extra power on the rudder (mabe run a coupple more cables or something because the regular handle can't turn far enough...)
