Hello,
I am looking to get into the sport. Have sailed once or twice, would like to buy a 16' soon for use this summer.
Found this one on ebay. What do you guys think of the price?
what questions should I ask ,what should I look for?
ebay item # is 4538680999, and its local, I'm in Mass.

Hard to tell what it's like given the marginal description provided.

The pictures don't help. What's hiding under that tarp on the trampoline?

Can't say the sails have been well taken care of - hanging from the ceiling is not exactly the best storage option.

You need to go look at it - get the serial # off the transom. That will tell you what year it is. Feel for soft spots (most likely in the deck). Make sure all the parts are there.

It's definitely a recreational boat. It's got a Bob mast float and a roller furling jib (although I can't see the furler drum in the photos).

The lack of information and the fact he's got an assembly manual for a Wave(?!) makes me suspicious.
