Jeez if you're going to poke fun at my rags I call sails, pick on whats left of that spinnaker. That baby has more patches than a quilt and lotsa holes. I've seen a bag of hammers that had better shape to it.

I'm hoping I can scrounge up enough cash for at the very least one new spinnaker this year. If things go real well I'll pick up a class legal one for racing, and have Chip make one for every thing else. I'd really like to order up a new main for Havasu too, but thats alot of coin for fancy cloth. Regardless if I can only get the one new spinnaker, it'll stay in the packaging till November, and if I get a main it to will stay in the package till November.

Then theres the trip to the boat shop to get the hulls back to perfect before I go...... Should've listened to the old man. "Don't buy a boat." As cheap as this sport is, it doesn't matter when you're broke.

Jeremy
The through the main comment is a little uncalled for. Or do I need to remind you of Alameda this year. I recall a Tiger main and a 20 main going for repairs after that. Karl don't let that I'm a Hobie dealer without a boat guy get to you.

That was a big hole wasn't it. I'd say the hole in that 20 main was from a dude at least 6'4" and 240#'s Wouldn't you say?

Could I borrow your Tiger this weekend? Rigged on the beach would be best for me.

Sure Jeremy the boats right here, but my trucks broke down so you need to get it yourself.
Do you need it this weekend seriously which day I'll be down in the bay area.

I was going to let you use it too. I figured it was time for me to redo the boards and rudders anyway. I haven'd had to do any glass work since last time you used the boat.
