Leaving the wheels in will cause too much drag. It's a sinch to just lean the PA on it's side and add/remove the wheels.

CR...tell us about your trout fishing on your PA. Can I come and get lessons from you:-) I intend to go to the tailwater of Beaver tomorrow for a couple of days, but I am really interested in the other trout waters in the state.
