Go to the drug store and buy a large earwax removal syringe or a catheter syringe. I've even used kitchen turkey baster. Just remember, the larger the syringe, the faster the epoxy is going to start to catylise or kick. Small is better. The West System syringes are best. They also sell re-usable caulk gun tubes.

I got mine from a feed store. Most any store that sells horse or other large animal feed carries syringes.

I just drill the hole same size as the Git Rot top of squeeze bottle and there you go I cover holes with Marine Tex
Drill your holes several days befory you epoxy
leave hull in sun but protect from rain. Epoxy works better if it does not have to fight moisture in the foam layer
The last boat I did had a lot of moisture the Git Rot took a long time to set but after a few days the hull was like new
I put my git rot in the cooler with ice before using it gives me much more time before it sets up

West Marine has empty caulk canisters that will fit a standard caulk gun. Simply remove the end plug of the canister, fill with expoxy, load in the gun and squeeze the trigger. It forces the epoxy in very nicely plus you don't have to stop and refill that often since is holds a large capacity. Plus, after the epoxy hardens, simply sqeeze the side of the canister and the epoxy breaks away leaving a nice clean canister for re-use.
