Does anyone have a recommendation on a website which can instruct me how to download
my videos onto Youtube.com?

and some associated questions:
1) what video format required (mov, mpg, avi, etc.)
2) How do you put a scrolling banner on the bottom of the video?
3) How do you put a balloon comment in the video screen?

Thanks

There are many videos on YouTube that explain everything. Do a search there for videos on your questions.

From their site...

Best formats: http://www.youtube.com/handbook_popup_produce_upload?pcont=bestformats

Help page: http://www.youtube.com/t/yt_handbook_produce

Adobe Media Encoder (Adobe Premiere CS4) has specific output formats for YouTube in standard def and HD.
