Have you looked into the Hobie Island Club? (Link is in the heading above). You might find that something is already in place, but if not, Hobie can help you get your local Island Club up and running, in concert with local Hobie dealers.

Hi Leece,

I'll check out the Facebook page. I've got a couple of AIs and I'm often looking for people to go sailing with.

Check out WWW.forum.Yakfishwest.com where the local Hobie kayak fishermen hang out. Several Ai owners on there and also the yakfishwest face book Page.
If you have any issues signing up message me as I am admin on both.
cheers Brendon

There are 3 Facebook pages in Western Australia that I know of.

https://www.facebook.com/PerthHobieAdve ... and?ref=hl
https://www.facebook.com/groups/423081521179034/
https://www.facebook.com/Hobie.Island.Broome

All are great sites.
The best known is the Perth Hobie Adventure Island.
The West Oz Adventure Island FB page is an attempt to be more encompassing for all Hobie AI and TI sailors and families.
The Broome Hobie Island Community is the latest entry and great to see and have around.
