Red = Stop
Green = Go
Same as the sticker colors

Coool ........ Red/Green for Stop and Go ... I never even thought of that ... thanks for that tip

I thought it was just Port & Starbord colors
Port red (just like the drink Port) and
starboard green.Red is called the Port side because port wine is red. (Trivia for the day ... "Port" was originally called "LARBORD" ...as opposed to the other side "Starbord")
"UNITED STATES NAVY DEPARTMENT,
Washington, February 18, 1846
It having been represented to the Department, that confusion arises from the use of the words
"Larboard" and
"Starboard," in consequence of the similiarity of sound,
the word "Port" is hereafter to be substituted for "Larboard." GEORGE BANCROFT."

I totally never thought of stop and go ...
I just thought it neat that they color coordinated with the rest of my red green ropes, carobiners etc on the correct sides ...(On my last kayak, I had red/green reflective tape on the correct sides on the bow too, but I went with yellow school bus tape on my Papaya Outback)
