Revolution 13 Seat Problem

I am unable to say Hobie has been responsive to my seat inquiry.

Over the past several outings my seat fabric has separated entirely and has exposed my back and ribs to the supporting frame structure.

This kayak was originally purchased in Jacksonville and shipped to Puerto Rico. It has been impossible to utilize the Hobie dealer on this island, due to the irregular hours of operation. I was told that a new mesh replacement would be shipped to me last fall.

This has not happened. It would seem that since I paid a premium for this kayak........

Watch your warranty expectations.
