Hi,

I recently purchased a Revolution 13 from a shop. It was new but an older model year ('16, I believe).

The left side of the drive keeps popping out. Upon closer inspection, it would seem the locking "clips" that toggle, the left side doesn't extend far enough and it's the hull before fully "engaging"...

Anyone ever seen this issue before? Any fixes? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks!

You might try loosening the Click and Go and see if it can budge away from that contact point.

3/16" allen ball end wrench.

Tried this but no luck. Also, used a ring as a spacer to see if it would make a difference, still pops out. The actual drive itself is very, very loose compared to my outback as well, even when it is "locked".

I purchased this kayak new from our local dealer. It is a '16 model year I believe...

Maybe a replacement Click and Go mechanism would help. Have your dealer place a claim with warranty.
