I have been out 3 more times since my first post, pedaling almost continuously at between 50-60 cycles per minute for about 2 hours each time. I have not had any more knee joint pain at all, and certainly notice an improvement in the strength of my leg muscles. I love my Revo!

I'm just using the standard flippers. I already tend to pull ahead of my wife who's in a Cobra Escape with just a paddle.

For sure She'll want to keep up. Better plan on getting her a Revo too.
