Count On Hobie

I wanted to publicly express my appreciation to Hobie for being about as good a company to deal with as you can find. I have an Adventure that had a bad leak, too bad to fix reliably. I was out of warranty (not by much but still out.) No fuss, no problem, no argument. A new Adventure is on the way. I can't say enough about how unusual it is to find a company that stands behind their product the way Hobie has. I was a believer in the Adventure as a great kayak. Now I'm a believer in the company as a great company. Thanks Hobie

I agree!

I have had no problems, but I have read several posts about how people have been taken care of very, very well with any problems they have had. Hobie's customer service is excellent. It really makes putting out big bucks on a kayak a lot easier when you know that there is such great support if anything does happen to go wrong.
