Pedal Drive race opportunity

The Missouri River 340, a canoe/kayak race across the state of Missouri, has added pedal power divisions to the roster.

The 5th Annual running of the event has brought with it requests from kayakers who use pedal power to allow entry to this traditionally, paddle power only race.

There are currently about 250 boats entered but only 2 pedal powered. A solo and a tandem. Roster may be viewed here:

Hello my name is Chris first time poster long time lurker, I am the solo pedaler for this event. Has anyone ever done this kind of event with a mirage before? I'll be in an Adventure with turbo fins and hope the finish the 340 miles in 50 hours or less. I completed the 340 last year in a tandem canoe in 78 hours. Any advise is welcome.
