:?: I have just purchased a Mirage with the serial CCMU34359001. Is this a classic? I can find no model type on it and am wondering if it can be fitted with sail or were kayaks this old not sail ready?

I am a complete newbie so appreciate any help at all. At 67 I'm perhaps a little old to start this kind of thing, but thinking young and working young keeps you young. :D

Sail Kits came after that serial # - and there wasn't an adaptor for the Classic, sorry to say.

Well, that's a bummer. :( I love to sail so will have to find some way to put up some canvas.

Thanks for the help.
