Just a guess, but the Outback and Revolution are kayaks. The Pro Angler is a different class of boat altogether. It's quite unique. Sort of like saying the Outback and Revolution are types of cars, while the Pro Angler is more of a pick up truck. There are similarities, but there are quite a few differences.

If you have questions or comments about the Outback or Revolution, I'm sure you'll be able to find answers on the Kayaking board. Another good thing to try is the Search function on the forums.

Oh... and one more thing. NO NEED TO YELL ON THESE BOARDS. :D

The Pro Angler is a model all it's own... very different. So, it has it's own forum as do Islands.

Each of the other models are very similar in function except for style and size. There has not been a call (until now) for a separate forum just for Outbacks. As we have grown... I have added specific forums when there was a reason. Splitting up the forums makes it harder to find generic information, so unless it is really needed... I'd prefer to keep it the same.

There is lots of talk about the outback here, do a search. Are you saying there should be a sub-form for all the different models or just the outback?

I have both a Outback & Revolution although the Revo is technically my wife's I would prefer to have just one place for all Kayaking/Fishing general discussion's.

The search function helps tremendously when I need more specific info like rod holder mounting camera mounts and what others have done to make there yak's truly there own.

Please do not change the boards.

And by the way one of the earlier posts said about yelling I think he was refering to the all upper case type in your messages.

YES I AM AND WHY NOT. IM NOT TRYING TO BE RUDE . WHY SHOULD A PERSON LOOK ALL OVER A SITE TRYING TO FIND A ANSWER OR POST A QUES.. THAT MIGHT OR MIGHT NOT GET AN ANSWER TOO. I NOT RUNNING THIS SITE NOR WOULD I KNOW HOW TO RUN ONE TO BEGIN WITH. IF ITS TO MUCH TROUBLE AND NO CALL FOR IT FINE. I JUST POSTED THE QUES.. IM SURE IM NOT THE 1ST THAT WONDER WHY MAYBE JUST THE 1ST THAT ASKED IT.
IF THE POWERS THAT BE DEEM IT TO BE OF NO MERIT I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THAT BUT I WOULD STILL WONDER WHY. THE PRO ANGLER IS TRUELY DIFFRENT KIND OF VESSEL BUT SO IS EVERY OTHER KAYAK.
SO MY QUES.. IS STILL WHY??? THATS ALL!!!

To answer your first question quoted above, why don't you try posting your question and see what happens. No offence, but you've only made 11 posts, and 6 of them are on this thread. That tells us that you're pretty new around here. I've rarely found that posts go unanswered. So if you don't want to search, feel free to just ask in the forum that fits your question the best. I've done this a number of times, and if you want to limit your answers to one specific boat, then just make your title something like "Outback owners, rigging questions" and you'll get responses specific to that boat.

To answer your second question quoted above, the answer is, because there hasn't been a need. I think you'll find that as you learn to use the forum, you'll find all the answers that you need.

So feel free to ask your questions, there are a lot of people here willing to help.

augaug your right i am new but so what and i dont post alot i read and as far as asking a ques.. look at what it has gotten me wasting my time explain why i ask the ques.. in the 1st place is it really some much of a problem to even consider that people with 1 or 2 models might want to look at posts
at their models remember i just ask why or why not i think some of u should really get a life

p.s. the reason i ask in the 1st place im a former owner of a pro angler
trust me it was great to go to a place and read about 1 model
and read things that i was not even thinking about
(its not all ways about posting ques)
