Are the additional Rod holders show attached to the milk rate in the picture of the Outback at the hydro electric dam http://www.hobiecat.com/mirage/mirage-outback/, the same ones that are used on the Live Well, p/n 72020015? I wasn't sure if they bolt to the sides of the crate or attach somehow to the H-Rail frame.
