Hobie numb bum syndrome???

I`m sick of getting a numb bum in my new revo!!!!!!!!!!
Has any one got any ways to fix the problem with out spending a bucket of money???
I`m thinking of maybe adding an extra layer of closed cell foam rubber, maybe 30mm thick with some contouring for the bum shape??

I know Hobie are now offering a new seat with an air filled cushion but dont know how good they are, surf to summit have the same type as well?
Has anyone tried one of these and can give a comparison to the std hobie seat??

It only takes around 30mins for my bum to numb out. When I was at Baffle ck I was in the water for about 6 hrs one morning. My bum wnet numb first then down the back of my legs then my feet. One of my toes still doesnt have all its feeling back after a week.

2 suggestions I have R 1st get the air-seat thats what I did its ok I like mine but what I did 4 my wife's seat was took the pad from mine & added it 2 her seat so she now has 2 pads on her seat and she loves it she has a Revolution by the way.

How's it going speedy,

I am going to get the hobie mirage seat pad since I have heard good reviews on it. I have been using the Skwoosh X-treme over my mirage seat and it has made a world of difference for me and less expensive than the Hobie seat cushion.
It pads your bum very well. I know for I have no bum to speak of and mine goes numb easily.
I am going with the Hobie cushion simply for for one less thing to carry.

Thanks for your input, I have purchased the Hobie I comfort seat.
Hope it does the job! I will let you know after I have tried it out.
