I started by welding a 1"x24" SS tube to two 3/4x6" SS tubes, maintaining the same spacing as my sidekick holes.ImageImage
After welding the arms out of 3/4 tube, I filled them with foam to help them float.Image
Why dually wheels? well, it just seemed like a good idea at the time, and there were a few complaints about the balloon tires. I use the same pushbuttons as on the sidekick arms except I use SS buttons.Image
Although I can just rotate the arms 90 degrees I prefer to slide them in my revo's front hatch.ImageImage
OK, works pretty good sitting on the stand in my shop. It's time to take it to the lake.Image
Here's a couple pics of my boat hauler. My old 49' Ford. ImageImage
Back from the lake. They worked great, easy to use, easy to store and they float. Although they do better in sand than singles, balloon tires would be better.Image
