Hi everybody, i have a question when you apply 303 protectant to your kayak i would assume that its just to the top which is exposed, which makes sense but i have read many times to apply to the hull, wouldn't it just wash off. Thanks for any info

I'm pretty sure that 303 penetrates the surface. It's not like it just sits on the surface and will have to be reapplied after each use. When I go sailing, my whole boat is soaked, not just the bottom. I've been told that it doesn't need to be applied after each use, and if it's like some other products that I've used over the years, I'm pretty sure that it slightly penetrates the surface.

I could be wrong, but that's my understanding.
