OK you guys were right

I added the turbo fins and the sailing rudder. I also made a set of slings for the pedals. All three were worth the cost and trouble. The rudder is far more responsive and the turbo fins will cruze at about 3.5 mph. I made the slings for the pedals and really like them also. The Outback is well rigged now. The only thing that didn't perform up to par was the cooler/fish keeper. It was a little hard getting the fish into the cooler. I'm going to have to work on this problem.

Did you follow one of the recently posted pedal sling strategies?

Yes I made them similar to one of the posts I saw on here. Instead of neopreme I made them out of Polyurethane strips. I'm gong to experiment with them some more and try a few different things. I'll keep you updated on how they come out.
