Stripped a V2 drum and is now better than new...

I stripped my pedal adjustment on my 3rd outing and was pretty upset about it. I came to these forum to get the scoop and then took it to my dealer. Hobie fixed me right up and I realized when I picked up my drive that the new version of the drum has a steel plate molded into the drum! I was prepared to bolt em so it never happened again but now I don't think it'll be needed.

I have never been as happy with a companies customer support and continuing innovation before. Just wanted to say thanks to all who continue to improve the product that I like so much! (I mean this to include hobie employees and those who contribute great ideas to this forum as well!!)
