California Kayakers need to be aware of high flows & lakes

Many of our rivers are running at record high flows for this time of the year. Many lakes are very high, and you can find yourself in what has been off shore timber/bush while in the water.

Also, our coastal winds have really cut down if not stopped most small craft from fishing and sight seeing.
