This Topic might have already been discussed, but i could not find any information here.

does anyone know the length of the cockpit in regards to leg length? will a 6 foot or taller human fit reasonably well in the kayak? I sort of have the impression from all the literature the boat is designed for kids and small adults, but I hope some one here will tell me I am wrong :D

The first photo on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=11&t=38539
shows a 6-foot man fitting well in a Revo 11. So it's possible. But people of the same height can have different leg lengths, so if you're tall, it's probably best to demo the boat before you buy, and find out if you are comfortable in it. Not easy, I know, on our side of the Atlantic, because it takes time for the dealers to catch up with the latest boats.

I'm quite heavy, but at 5ft 5in, I'm happy that the Revo 11 will be a good fit for me. I'm probably going to get one, but not until I retire in 2013.

From what I've read, I don't think of the Revo 11 as a kid's boat (although I expect it would work). It carries a good payload. But I get the impression that it won't be ideal for very tall people.

From what I can see in looking at the 11 and the 13, the cockpit on these boats is almost identical. The shorter length was achieved by shortening the bow and stern areas, not the cockpit. I don't think a 6-foot person would have any issues whatsoever in the Revo 11.

I am 6'3" and have a revo 11. My peddle arms are set on the number 6 hole. I have long legs but no real problem fitting. I set my stroke length like a bicycle. With my leg straight and extended all the way with my heel firmly on the peddle either the 6 or 7 hole works .
