differance between 08 outback and 11 outback?

can anyone tell me the differance between a 08 outback and 11 outback?

Same basic hull. Some relatively minor things -- the '11 has better seat back support, fiberglass shaft paddle, more positive rudder up/down controls. More important items are the newer Click N Go Mirage Drive lock system (more durable but not retrofitable) and threaded masts for the Mirage Drive (more durable and upgradable on earlier models for roughly $70).

Overall the '11 should be somewhat more comfortable and reliable, but the '08 would perform just as well. the '11 is still under a 2 year transferable warranty. IMO, the physical condition of each boat would be every bit as important as the features.

I am in the middle of a deal with a guy that has a outback with a hummingbird 150 fish finder for $900. Is it worth it? or should I get the 11 outback.

If the boat is in good shape, it sounds like quite a bargain!
