Hi all.
I just had my first virgin launch last week. Everything was all good n fun.
Just a couple of question regards to my kayak.

1. Are the form inside the kayak meant to be place inside for safety issue ?
I had this form inside when the kayak was ship to me.

2. After paddling for an hour, I notice the front seat don't have a back support
UnLike the rear with the live well install. Which makes the front paddling tough and my buddy was complaining of back ache.

Thanks for all the help given.

The foam is inside for safety.

The seats are adjustable. You should have the seats inserted and locked into the seat area and straps hooked forward on both sides. Adjust the tilt angle of the seat for comfort. Adjust the lumbar pad air pressure for support. Adjust the pedal positions as well.

Check this video for all of the features and adjustments:

+1

The seats have 2 straps that attach to padeyes on the sides of the yak in front of the seat. Clip and pull to tighten to provide back support.

I wondered about that foam too. I think it's to provide rigidity to the yak without adding a lot of weight. And if your yak fills with water, it may help it float.

Congrats on the new oasis!

Secure it between the sides and the scupper hole tubes. It should not be moving around. Just squeeze it in there so it's tight.
