Let me say first...this isn't my first kayak by a long shot...but it is my first Hobie.
I am a fisherman first, so a kayak is to get me to my fishing area as efficiently and comfortably as possible. Having just come from a Native Ultimate I have grown spoiled by being able to stand easily to fish and see better. I have already in a nice calm area stood on my hatch cover in my Revo, and while certainly not as easy as my old Native, it will be serviceable when I just HAVE to stand.
In the meantime, I have noticed some discomfort, after a good morning of peddling about, in my tailbone....so I'm not terribly pleased with the seat arrangement. So my question here is.... Has anyone here added some sort of padded seat to help alleviate this and also as a side benefit, get a couple extra inches in height
