I have the standard beach wheels on my cart.
-Do the silver pneumatic wheels work better in the sand?

I'm toting a live bait well, poles, etc, over the beach with some distance on pavement as well.

The new Hobie Trax wth the silver inflatable wheels is the best one I have seen. Do they work better than the standard wheels? No contest! If you have ever been 4 wheeling in sand, you would understand that the low pressure wheel allows the tire to "walk" across the soft sand. A hard tire tries to push through. Big difference. You will spin your wheels and be up to the axel with hard tires.
