Any suggestions on the best way to straighten a bent mast rod?

I believe I struck a submerged Trident submarine...it took quite a shot. The mast appears to have pulled away at the top.

Thanks for any help !

Mike

Take it to a vise and tap straight with a mallet. If you have to, with the drive mounted you can roll the boat on its side and pull on the mast to bend forward.

Thanks Matt

Should I remove the mast first?

Mike

If you want to do it in a vise...yes, remove the mast from the drive.
