 Post subject: Rudder problem

I had my older mirage kayak re rigged by a dealer that is pretty far away. After getting it back the boat is great with one big problem. When going slower I have great steerage. When I start to peddle faster the rudder pushes up and I have no steerage. How do I tighten up the rigging. It is the old style rudder not the new fold up. It is a simple twist u/twist down rudder.
