Hobie world championship 2016 / Louisiana

As a resident and fisherman in South Louisiana i want to welcome the Hobie World championship to Leeville La, in Dec 2016.
There are 3-4 restaurants and 3 bait shops in leeville. 100s of square miles of great marsh and open water fishing.
there is 1 hotel ( boudreauxs) and a few cabins at top water landing.
plenty of hotels in Grand isle . 20 - 25 min away.

There is no way that i can tell you anymore than areas . We had no winter this year and the trout and reds stayed in an early spring / late fall pattern. They never went deep. It all depends on the weather as ya'll well know.
