I have two Hobie paddles one that came with a 2015 boat and one that came with a 2016 boat. I can hear water in both of them. I have left them at in the house drying for months now turning them every witch way and a lot of the water has drained but some has not. I am trying to figure out where to dill a hole to get the remaining water out before trying to seal them. Help.

Look for a foam plug in the connection ends and pull that out?
