I have just managed to pick up a brand new second hand drive - one of the new ones with roller bearings. Since I didn't get any documentation with this I would just like to ask the community if there are special recommendations about maintaining this drive (as opposed to the 'normal' drives which in my case just get a fresh-water bath after use and the occasional lube).

Just the same with an occasional strip down. Taking care in reassembing bearings so as to not snap them
