I have a passport 10.5 and have found that the seat is uncomfortable.
Any suggestions on how to improve seat bottom support or back support
Is there a upgrade seat available?

I bought my wife a Passport last year. She had the same complaint about the seat. We tried a couple of different things. We put a section of of a pool noodle on the back footer bar to raise the the back of the seat which changes the angle of the seating position. We also tried putting a square boating cushion behind her back against the seat. In all honesty I don't recall which change she liked best but it was one of those mentioned. All things considered it isn't a bad seat for the price; it just needs a little tweaking.

Wondering about upgrade options for my Passport 12. Does anyone know about retrofitting a Vantage seat in there? Or any generic seats that would work?

I actually find the seat in the Pro Angler to be uncomfortable to me after a while. The gap between the base and the back of the seat allows my back to sink into the gap and puts pressure on my lower back. I found this cushion and it's amazing. I went from fishing 4 hours getting really sore to fishing 6 hours with zero soreness. I even bought a similar one for my office chair at work.

Good point, probably should explore some cheaper options like pads and whatnot before something so expensive like a new seat.
