Help! 2021 i11S??

We tried out a friend's i11S this summer and fell in love! We searched everywhere (in vain) and have been patiently waiting for the 2021 Hobies to be released on November 3. It turns out the only 2 stores in our state that carry Hobies are not ordering any inflatables. So over a week ago we used PayPal to send over $5,000 to a company whose website said they had 2 2020 i11Ss in stock. Unfortunately, they hadn't updated their website but said they would contact Hobie and order 2 for us. We have not heard back from them. We can find no information on the Hobie website about the new 2021s and Hobie still shows the i11S as a viable model but we just saw on another Kayaking website that it has been discontinued! Is this true?

We would be eternally grateful for any information you can provide

Hi Matt, I am not finding any information, yet, on the new inflatables. Where would I look?

Introduction was recently delayed until product availability is confirmed. Looking like product is in 1st Q 2021.

Given the problems with the I11S it would still be helpful to see [u]ANY[u] information on the 2021 version. This would be helpful when deciding between the 2020 remaining stock and the newer version. BTW looking to see if the d-ring defect is fixed (seat hold down blowout) and the screw interfering with the drive insertion has be modified.

Yes, please at least share an ETA of the 2021 model announcement.

The latest to dealers is that the launch was delayed a few weeks. The factory was confirming the supply line dates before announcing. This is due to strong dealers ordering and we have to know what and when each product will be available.
