Hi,
I have the MD180 KU Drive and replaced the normal fins with these turbo fins:
72067032 MD180 ST TURBO FIN KIT.

It was simple to replace the fins but I did not use loctite because the metal pin screws into some kind of hard plastic material. Should I go back and remove them and add blue or red loctite or thread locker? I am worried about the thread locker possibly damaging the plastic. It doesn't feel like there is anyway that the pin can back out as it's in there very tight.

By the way, the turbo fins make a big difference in speed. I noticed that when fishing yesterday with a friend who has the normal fins. We used to move at the same pace but now I have to stop and wait for him. That makes me feel good since he's half my age.

The masts thread into brass, so Blue Loc Tite is a good idea.
