so my mind is pretty much set on a Mirage 13 or 16, to use primarily for fishing on rivers and the California delta. I plan to car top it and have outings of 2-3h at a time max due to family ( small kids ) and not much time. So I want the fastest possible Kayak to cover lots of ground, while getting a workout in and maybe once in a while catch a fish to stop my wife's jokes...
Right now I have been using a Ride 115x Max Angler, which is refer to as the brick, since it's incredible slow and the currents here can easily hit 3-4mph, while I top out around 4.5-5 mph in sprints and cruising is around 2 mph. I am not the strongest paddler due to shoulder issues.
Now I am also 6'6 tall with a 34-36" inseam. Would i fit in either the revolution 13 or 16, without major issues?
Also how does the Revolution due in class I and II rapids? Any issues?
